About Us
Heading for the Future (H4TF) is a global AIESEC program created in 2018 to empower youth in their personal and professional development.
This special edition focuses on Women in STEM, aiming to empower them through digital learning, in-person experiences, and connection to a global community.
Women and Young Girls are enabled through digital learning as a first phase, in-person experiences as a second, and a connection to a global community as the final phase.
The purpose of this is to tackle the low representation of Women within the STEM sector.
